I recorded this podcast, Round & Round during the London Riots; I have always felt a real connection to London England and it made me feel very distraught to see what was going on but it feels like things are just going in circles. The rich gets richer and the poor stays poor. Violence is never the answer but I can understand the frustration people must feel, too much repression. It sounds corny but in such a messed up world I feel house music is a little light of positivity burning brightly, a light that you can escape to, dance to and feel good.
I always say to myself I should be more active on my webpage but i am never to sure what to write or what to update it with. Finding inspiration can be tricky. I have been working on music production lately and it’s very time consuming, I would like to perhaps work on a mix too but then it takes away from the little time i do have to work on production. Perhaps I just need to get back into more of a groove
So I made this mix in January 2010 – I was a bit unsure of it as there is one mix that I am really not proud of at around 16:57. I was thinking of re-doing the whole mix as it is not the tightest I can do.. but I know myself and how much I can obsess and obsess until I just don’t move on from something. Soo here it is.. time to let it go and move on from it..

I have been working on new mixes ! 401 Drive mix includes some of my own productions.
I used Reason 4.0 to produce the tracks along with Recycle and Wave Lab. Next week I start Ableton classes.. so hopefully it will be more of an all in one solution for me.
